Project Manager/Engineer - Full Time

Company Description

Mint Filters is a leading provider of water filtration design and installation services to the Bali area. Specializing in residential and small commercial systems, Mint provides products to reduce hazardous contaminants from bore well and municipal water supplies. We are looking to hire a new Technician to join our Bali installation and services team, starting immediately.

Role Description & Responsibilities

Full time (Monday - Saturday). The project manager will be responsible for the day-to-day field operations. Daily tasks and responsibilities include:

Coordination with customers, contractors, and staff to ensure field teams are meeting installation specification and requirements.
Troubleshooting existing systems when problems arise.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
Travel between customer project locations within Bali to perform installation and maintenance services on new and existing water filtration equipment.
Communicate with customers and internal company staff.

Minimum Qualifications

Fluent in English
Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering
Have own motorbike transportation
Be available to work 6 days per week, flexible hours schedule
Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP)
5-6 years experience with construction management or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Water filtration and water treatment systems is a plus
